How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data only for the specific purposes for which it was collected. We will not reuse data collected for one purpose (e.g. a quote request) for an unrelated purpose (e.g. newsletters) without obtaining fresh consent.

  • Lead generation & follow-up: To respond to enquiries received through Meta Lead Ads, contact forms, or WhatsApp. Your data will be used only in relation to the service you expressed interest in.
  • Service delivery: To manage and deliver agreed digital marketing services.
  • Marketing communications: To send updates, offers, or content — only with your explicit consent, and only through channels you have opted into.
  • Ad campaign optimisation: To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and improve targeting efficiency using aggregated, anonymised signals.
  • Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or court orders.
  • Business operations: For internal record-keeping, invoicing, and accounting purposes.
Important: Data collected through a specific Meta Lead Ad form (e.g. "Request a Free SEO Audit") will only be used for that declared purpose. It will not be repurposed for unrelated campaigns without your consent.

Meta Lead Ads & Meta Pixel

4.1 Meta Lead Ads (Instant Forms)

When you submit a Lead Ad form on Facebook or Instagram, the information you provide (such as your name, email, and phone number) is sent directly to us via Meta's platform. By submitting such a form, you agree to our collection and use of that data as described in this policy.

Each lead form includes a specific description of why your data is being collected. We will only use the data for the purpose stated in that form.

Meta's Privacy Policy: Meta also processes your data according to its own policies. To understand how Meta handles your information, please review Meta's Data Policy.

4.2 Meta Pixel

Our website uses the Meta Pixel — a piece of code provided by Meta that collects data about your interactions on our website. This allows us to measure ad effectiveness, build Custom Audiences, create Lookalike Audiences, and optimise ad delivery.

Meta Pixel may set cookies on your browser. You can opt out of Meta's use of your data for advertising purposes by visiting Facebook Ad Preferences.

4.3 Meta Conversions API

We may use Meta's Conversions API to share website events directly from our server to Meta, reducing dependence on browser cookies and helping measure ad performance in a privacy-preserving manner.
